Chris coordinated the renovation and replacement of a large enclosed pergola / porch structure at the rear of our New Town property in the late winter / spring of 2018. A before and after range of photos is attached regarding this job. Chris provided a complete range of building services including choosing a specialist timber worker, whose skills were essential in the overall construction planning. As stated, Chris’s team were excellent and provided a very good competitive value quotation in the summer on how this back porch was our favourite part of the house. Chris’s business communication throughout was of the highest order, he always sought our input into choices for various materials and any minor changes as necessary were attended to professionally and in a timely manner.
